²⁵ Now three times a year Solomon offered burnt offerings and fellowship offerings on the altar that he built for Adonai, burning incense with them on the altar that was before Adonai. When he finished the House, ²⁶ King Solomon also built a fleet of ships in Ezion-geber, which is near Eloth on the shore of the Sea of Reeds in the land of Edom. ²⁷ Hiram sent his servants with the fleet—sailors who knew the sea—along with Solomon’s servants.
